At first it appeared the picture lacked a lot of details...but when observed closely it reveals its full dream-like beauty. I simply love the way you depicted the light through the trees. But most of all I adore the way you depicted the water as if captured by a camera at long exposure. the deep brush strokes remind me of the way Impressionists painted objects as they are truly seen when light reflects upon them.The somewhat eerie and cold atmosphere is perfectly balanced by the warm yellow light of the house. simply marvelous! needless to say keep up the excellent job!

Looks like a great place! To me it looks like the water wheel is a little too far from the bulk of the river to be producing that much water but the rest of the piece is spot on.
